Shipping & NZ Delivery

We provide nationwide delivery across New Zealand, covering every track from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South.

  • Small Items: Usually 1–3 working days.
  • Bulky Items (Exhausts, Intercoolers): Please allow up to 10 working days depending on your location.
  • Rural Delivery: Add an extra 1–3 working days for those hard-to-reach spots.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link. Small items typically ship via Post Haste, while our heavy-duty gear is handled by Mainfreight.

Saturday delivery can be arranged in select areas on a best-effort basis and may incur additional courier charges.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or incorrect product selection. However, we want you to have the right gear for your rig, so we offer exchanges or store credit for up to 28 days on online purchases, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Check your gear as soon as it arrives! Any damage must be reported to the 4×4 Extreme team within 7 days of delivery.

Once an order has reached the “processing” stage—meaning it’s being picked, packed, or ordered from a supplier—it can no longer be cancelled.

Warranties & Technical

Absolutely. All of our products are covered against manufacturing defects. Please note that warranties typically do not cover damage caused by racing, competition, or off-road use that exceeds the product’s intended design limits.

Contact us first to receive a Warranty Reference Number (WRN) before returning any goods.

While many of our customers are hands-on, we highly recommend that technical performance parts (like turbos, injectors, and brake boosters) be installed by a qualified professional. Warranties often do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or removal.

While we specialize in high-performance gear for LandCruisers and Hiluxes, 4×4 Extreme is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Toyota.

Customer Support

Our online store is open 24/7, but our expert support team is available Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
